HAVO :: West Suffolk Consortium for Voluntary Organisations (WSCVO)
The WSC is a strong partnership between infrastructure organisations within the West of Suffolk. The partners are:

The main functions of the WSC can be summarised as follows:
- To share best practice
- To share resources and skills
- To avoid duplication of service provision
- To cross cut with the above
- To be a united front in dealing with statutory and public partners
All of the above partners are also partners in the One Voice Suffolk Consortium of Infrastructure Organisations (One Voice).
This partnership was initially brought together to take advantage of the Government’s Capacity Building of Infrastructure Services programme now called ‘Change Up’ which was a £93M fund to build the capacity of infrastructure service providers across the country.
As this consortium was so successful in bringing together a disparate bunch of like minded organisations in such a way as to unite them it was decided to maintain this strategic grouping so as to keep the momentum going and to maintain best practice and a constant cross cutting of our service provision.
